YOUTH PROGRAMS & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
TLT- Tomorrow’s Leaders Today is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers youth leadership programs to the local youth aged 15 through college. They focus on real life skills, soft skills, and career and leadership skills through in-person workshops and remote internship opportunities. Each program focuses on Character & Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Action, Vision, and Reflection.
