Our Mission: TLT- Tomorrow’s Leaders Today is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth leaders through education, collaboration and mentorships with community & business leaders for the collective benefit of the students and their communities.
The Intern Program: TLT’s internship program provides young adults, ages 15 & up, in Texas, to gain valuable experience through their career path in mind, while developing leadership and communication skills.
The Internship Tasks: TLT Interns work remote from their computers and are assigned weekly projects to complete according to their certain career choice. Each intern has their own personal google drive that provides information on what projects to complete and where to store them to be looked over. They are required to attend weekly zoom meetings and get to communicate with each other in breakout rooms by speaking about the theme for that specific week. They present their projects during the meetings to exchange feedback. Elaine, the Executive Director, attends the meetings and provides her feedback as well.
